Haridoss Sarma, PhD, is a Research and Technology Partnership Scout operating under GO 2 SCOUT 4 R&T, established in 2015 with its office in Brampton, Ontario. Sarma provides professional services to product development and commercialization needs of Technology based companies. His long professional career spans many technology areas including renewable energy, polymers and advanced materials, additive manufacturing, nanotechnology, printable flexible electronics and technologies for Education and Learning. His functional experience covers new product development and commercialization, product standards development, quality management, technology transfer and licensing. He chairs the Canadian National Committee to IEC TC 113 Nanotechnology Electrotechnical Products and Systems, and is a co-Convenor of ISO TC229/IEC TC 113 joint working group (JWG1) on Nanotechnologies – Terminology and Nomenclature
Sarma has contributed to the development of several standards by IEC TC 113, ISO TC229/IEC TC113 JWG1, IPC Printed Electronics Committee and IEEE. He was a contributing member for the roadmap exercise by ANSI-America Makes Standards Collaborative for Additive Manufacturing. Haridoss is a Senior Member of IEEE, Technical Advisory Board member of CPEIA (currently known as IntelliFlex Innovation Alliance) and a member of Canadian Standards Association (CSA).
